From Dolores Jackson, CEO of D-LO's Gourmet Cheesecake. Born and raised in Detroit Michigan, I worked for General Motors for over 30 years.
Throughout my years of employment I have come to know and understand the true ingredients of hard work and dedication. With those skills, I have mastered some special ingredients of my own, to create a line of delicious gourmet cheesecakes. I enjoy spending time in the kitchen creating, but nothing compares to the feeling I receive, as I watch the reaction of people when they bite into my cheesecakes.
Each cheesecake is made from scratch and the ingredients were strategically thought out.
I personally oversee the production of our qualified team members. We have established a brand that we are proud of, and invite you to partner with us, as we provide our communities with products that are sure to be known for their consistency in quality, presentation and a delightful taste in each bite.
